Exam Procedure For Paper Test
The paper and pencil exams are administered at proctored testing centers.
The exam is a 100 question test with 4 multiple choice answers (A, B, C, D) which you have 2 hours to complete. There is exactly one correct answer for each question. The passing grade is 70%.
If you graduated from an allied health school, reach out to them for instructions on how to register for MedCA Certifications exam. You can also contact MedCA directly to locate a proctored testing center in your area. Generally, you must schedule an appointment for your exam 2-3 weeks in advance.
The testing center will inform you of what type of payment is required for a MedCA Certifications exam. You might be asked to bring the money order made out to MedCA or make the direct payment to the testing center. Please discuss your payment options with your testing center.
