MedCA Revocation Policy

Your privilege to be a MedCA testing facility may be revoked for any of the following reasons:

• No MedCA testing activity within 90 days
• Inappropriate use of MedCA materials
• Violating federal, state, or local laws or regulations
• You give false or misleading information on your registration application
• Failure to pay an undisputed delinquent account
• Not being in compliance with your State Education Department Regulations
• A misrepresentation of facts pertaining to MedCA
• Failure to submit completed MedCA tests for grading and certification in a timely manner
• Any behavior that MedCA deems improper
